Stephen Chapman

Principal Consultant, The Table Group
Founder, Narativ Consulting

With almost 15 years of organizational and executive consulting and leadership experience, Stephen has developed a keen ability to recognize how organizations get bogged down with politics, confusion, and dysfunction – and how to retool for a healthy, high-performing organization. Stephen has served clients in multiple industries including retail, healthcare, technology, supply chain, food service, education, healthcare, nonprofits, and various other sectors.

Prior to partnering with The Table Group, Stephen worked for Walmart and Allstate as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. He had the opportunity to work across multiple geographies leading project teams to successfully deliver enterprise re-organization efforts, team effectiveness engagements, and technology implementations.

Stephen has first-hand experience building his own high-performing teams. His relational, dynamic leadership style aids clients in breaking through barriers and gaining strategic insights and clarity. His passion is to work with clients who seek to make the world of work less miserable and are committed to making organizational health stick.

As a Principal Consultant with the Table Group, Stephen works regularly with CEOs, leaders, and executives to master the disciplines of organizational health. Stephen’s focus is on effecting lasting change, not just quick fixes. The majority of Stephen’s clients work with him for long-term engagements to realize transformation.

Stephen and his wife Caitlin are the proud parents of six children—three adopted and three biological. In his ‘spare’ time, he mountain bikes, roasts his own coffee, does long-distance running, and woodworking.
